Digital ads are required. Please make sure to provide complete
and accurate digital files. Production costs will be incurred if materials are
not supplied as specified below:
Software: Mac formatted-QuarkXPress, Adobe InDesign, or Adobe
Illustrator EPS (with all fonts converted to outlines). PC formatted-.EPS file
with all fonts converted to outlines from CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, or Macromedia
Freehand. .TIF or .EPS files from Adobe Photoshop with all layers flattened
and a resolution of 300 dpi. Press-ready PDF with fonts embedded. QuarkXPress
version 6.0 or earlier, with all fonts and graphics sent separate from the Quark
document. PDF/X-1a compliant or Press Ready PDF are preferred formats.
Compatible Media: CD-ROM
Fonts: Must provide on disk all screen, printer, and PostScript
fonts included in advertisement.
Scans: Graphic images must be saved as TIFF format. Color
images must be saved in CMYK, not RGB. Graphics used in black & white ads
must be saved as grayscale.
Proofs: Include a color proof with art file.
