Delta Composites supplies Molded, Pultruded and Phenolic fiberglass grating for industrial and offshore use.

Our exclusive manufacturing facility has achieved ISO 9001 certification which provides international guidelines on quality management and quality system elements. ISO 9001 is a quality assurance model that is used by companies that produce, inspect, test, install and service items.

Delta Composites' FRP products are independently tested by outside agencies according to the testing methods set forth by the FGMC, resulting in first class deflection tables. Delta's grating is currently stronger than ever with the introduction of the world's only High Strength Molded Grating. Product quality and prompt service to their clients worldwide has allowed them to become industry leaders in innovation and reputation.

Delta Composites' FRP products meet fire testing standards (ASTM E-84). Their current customers include automobile manufacturers, circuit board manufacturers, food processors, aerospace manufacturers, and many more.

Pultruded Grating

DELTASPAN^TM Fiberglass reinforced pultruded grating has been engineered not only for strength, but also to overcome the corrosion problems normally found in chemical, pulp and paper, electronic, food, beverage, aircraft, automotive, plating, textile, and other industries where corrosive products are encountered. These are areas where metal gratings rapidly deteriorate or create a constant maintenance problem.
 

Molded Grating

DELTAGRATE^TM High Strength Molded Grating is a one piece, high strength, low weight, corrosion resistant floor grating.  The grating is manufactured with a proprietary method of introducing glass to the mold that allows the grating to have a slightly higher glass to resin ratio than other manufacturers.  DeltaGrate High Strength Molded Grating is on average 15% to 30% stiffer than other open-top molded gratings.

DELTAGRATE^TM High Strength Molded Grating is manufactured in our  ISO 9001 Certified state of the art, new manufacturing plant.

Fiberglass Handrails

Responding to the demand for a guardrail system that is easy-to-install, maintenance-free and OSHA approved, Delta Composites has applied its experience to the development of a safe, reliable guardrail system. In addition to satisfying basic requirements, the Delta Composites' Guardrail System offers unique mechanical properties for applications where corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity are of special concern.
 

Fiberglass Ladders

Designed for easy installation and fabrication, DeltaLadder^TM meets or exceeds OSHA requirements with durable construction and corrosion-resistant materials.

DeltaLadder systems may be purchased in modular kits for fast, hassle-free installation.  Ladders are available in standard heights ranging from 8' to 24', with splicing kits available for longer lengths. Optional safety cage kits are designed with pre-drilled hoops for easy attachment.

Choose from standard fiberglass ladders for regular, close stand-off supports, stiffened ladders for longer spans between supports or circular handrails, developed especially for tank and vessel manufacturers.
