Established in 1978 with facilities in Lafayette,
LA and Houston, TX, Seasafe specializes in manufacturing,
design, and fabrication of Fiberglass Reinforced Composite (FRP)
grating, structural systems, and cable tray. All are available
through a network of stocking distributors and representatives.
Seasafe is the only manufacturer that produces all three types
of FRP grating, pultruded GatorDeck, open molded GatorGrate and
is the exclusive manufacturer of compression molded KorDek , the
world’s strongest molded FRP grating. Seasafe continually seeks
to grow and innovate by adding products and services to serve a
diverse customer base.
AMICO (Alabama Metal Industries Corporation)
acquired Seasafe in 1998. In 1999, AMICO/Seasafe acquired IGI
International Grating Inc. In 2005 AMICO/Seasafe was acquired by
Gibraltar Industries.

registered in 26 states. Professional AutoCAD or Inventor
drawings are provided for approval prior to fabrication.

name in the aquarium and water fountain industry with such
projects as the Bellagio Fountain, The Wyn Casinos in Las
Vegas and the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. |
Cable Tray
Seasafe offers a full line of cable tray parts and
accessories that have been tested and proven in the
harshest environments of the off shore oil and gas
industry.
