About the Program
ACMA is partnering with the University of Alabama, Birmingham to bring together a unique blend of high quality technical presentations that will discuss and showcase the latest in innovative developments of composites applications that are finding their way into a variety of market segment such as transportation, automotive, defense, infrastructure and construction, and corrosion markets. Not only will the attendees be able to hear and see first hand the most current technological developments in the ever broadening field of composites, they will also have the opportunity to interact with fabricators, end users, material suppliers and members of academic institutions.
This conference will deliver thoughtful discussions on mutual needs in composites applications development, as well as research and development projects. In addition to the many varied technical sessions, there will be a poster session contest, exhibitors from industry suppliers and local industry and tours of the UAB composites manufacturing, modeling and testing facilities.
