ACMA Announces Certified Composites Technician — Corrosion ProgramThe Certified Composites Technician — Corrosion program (CCT-C) was created in response to the industry's need for uniform training in technical skills. The program is designed to elevate standards in the industry, enhance individual performance, and recognize those who demonstrate a fundamental level of proficiency in the corrosion resistant composites industry. The goal of the program is to enhance the overall professionalism of individuals who work with corrosion resistant manufacturing by raising their levels of skill and knowledge. ACMA's Certified Composites Technician program, which offers specialization in open molding, marine, compression molding, cast polymer, solid surface, as well as an instructors course, now is approaching 2,800 certifications throughout the composites industry and is rapidly becoming the industry standard for composites training.
